Basic Return Procedures
Mistakes, whether yours or ours, cost you time and money. Thank You for your business, and your help in controlling costs!
- Should you discover a shortage, damage, or wrong item, please call our customer service department at 330-797-2600 as soon as possible.
- Refer to your sales order number in the upper right corner to assure proper credit.
- A Modern delivery driver will be sent to pick up your return item (usually the next day).
- They will sign an authorization and give you a copy. This provides you with a receipt and/or the actual credit for the returned merchandise and assures proper credit.
- Please retain this copy until your credit arrives (if it is not a replacement only item, or if it was not handed to you by our driver).
All returns should be called within 7 days.
Schedule for credits (from delivery date):
- 0-30 days: 100%
- 31-60 days: 90%
- 61-90 days: 80%
- 91 days: 0%
The merchandise must be in its original carton and in proper condition to be resold. Cartons which have been written on, or damaged in any manner, are not returnable.
The following may not be returned after purchase, unless defective:
Special order merchandise is not returnable.
